Kate completed her Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2014 following the completion of her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (with Honours) in 2009.
Kate has worked in the private practice setting since 2010. Committed to continuing education, Kate has completed many additional courses and study within this time, including in the areas of Clinical Pilates and dry needling.
With a background in rowing, marathon running, and long distance triathlon, Kate has a special interest in these sports and working with athletes and weekend warriors across all levels. She has a particular interest in lower limb tendon pathology, hip and knee pain and other injuries common to runners; and uses video analysis of running technique to help prevent injury. To compliment her special interest areas, Kate is currently undertaking further qualification in the area of strength and conditioning, undertaking an ASCA (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association) level 1 coaching accreditation.
