With an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and postgraduate Doctor of Physiotherapy, Erin has a keen interest in strengthening and conditioning in conjunction with sports physiotherapy and injury management. Taking a hands on approach and incorporating manual therapy techniques she strives to return patients to their optimum level of function. Having worked in multiple sports sectors such as strengthening and conditioning (Doncaster Women's Hockey Club) sports training (Melbourne High Collegians Football) and Rowing skills coaching, Erin has a keen focus on strength rehabilitation and return to sport programs. Erin also enjoys the area of women's health and likes to assists her prenatal patients throughout their pregnancy and into early motherhood. She does this by incorporating pain mediating techniques and education regarding the importance of pelvic floor strength, continence management, how to prevent lower back pain and exercises safe for pre and post natal patients.
