Kay trained to become a physiotherapist in the UK where she grew up. Her love to explore new places eventually brought her to Australia, initially to Perth, then Sydney.
Kay’s area of interest is in the treatment of young athletes, athlete development, sporting neck injuries, hamstring injuries and injury screening and prevention. She is particularly interested in physiotherapy integration with strength and conditioning, winter sports, rowing and hockey.
As a physiotherapist she has been privileged to work for the Winter Olympics gold medal winning British Skeleton Team; Equestrian Australia; Hockey Australia and England Netball. She enjoys all things sport - from running and rowing to more recently learning the art of squash.
