Sarah graduated in 2007 from the University of Otago, New Zealand. She worked for three years in pre and post-op orthopaedics, musculoskeletal outpatients and at the Auckland spinal unit. In 2010 she moved to work in the UK before coming to Sydney in 2012.
Sarah currently works and is lucky enough to travel with the Australian Sailing Team and NSWIS Sprint Kayaking athletes. She is an accredited provider for the New South Wales Institute of Sport (NSWIS) and is also studying to become an APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist. One of her current research projects is looking into exercise prevention for lower back pain in elite sprint kayakers.
Sarah enjoys treating sports injuries, pre-hab and post surgical, back and neck pain. Sarah treats her patients with a holistic approach and uses a combination of dry needling, manual therapy, strapping, exercise prescription, biomechanical analysis and Pilates to achieve the desired results.
