My name is Lisa. I am a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. I am passionate about massage from a clinical approach, testing muscle strengh and weaknesses before and after every remedial massage so we can keep track of your results and so you can feel and see the difference. I enjoy helping people to live their best lives by relieving pain and tension through various manual techniques, teaching stretching, posture and rehabilitation techniques when needed. My goal is to help people incorporate their health and well-being into their daily lives making it their top proirity and mine.
