Pavel moved to Australia from the Czech Republic in 2013 – he is of Czech and German descent. He undertook his two-year training, Cert IV & Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy at the NSW School of Massage, completing in 2015. A member of The Association of Massage Therapists (AMT), he has worked extensively as a remedial massage therapist in a variety of settings in NSW until moving to Adelaide in 2020 when he joined the City Physio team. Pavel has experience and training in all areas of massage including the treatment and prevention of posture imbalances, pain reduction, sports, remedial, rehabilitation, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, soft tissue release, scar tissue massage, trigger point massage, muscle stretching, joint mobilisation, cupping, and releasing adhesions. Pavel is a whole-hearted massage therapist, who’s life’s mission is to help people. Pavel is available for bookings at City Physiotherapy on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
