Rub Downes Integrated Health is a team of highly qualified massage therapists who have operated at the Health Hub on St Pauls Terrace for the past 15 years. This team has a wealth of skills and experience. Collectively, we have over 50 years’ experience in therapeutic massage with specialisations in sports and remedial massage. We use an assessment-based approach, using massage exclusively. We don’t do exercise prescription or joint mobilisations, but, we do have an extensive referral network we integrate with if your needs are greater than just massage.
