AJ is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. He offers a wide range of techniques to his clients including relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, myofacial release technique and trigger point therapy. Having played soccer for 20 years, and being a 3 year representative national oztag player, AJ understands and can treat the injuries that are slowing down your game (or even keeping you off the field!). His passion as a massage therapist is to assist clients in reducing pain with massage as well as educate them on how to achieve necessary goals to improve their quality of life.
