Sarah Wright is a Registered Psychologist who works collaboratively with her patients from a compassionate and non-judgemental stance. Her background in nursing has shaped and informed this therapeutic style.
Sarah’s approach can be described as an insight orientated psychodynamic perspective, which draws upon techniques from CBT and ACT.
Sarah is interested in helping individuals to become more present in their lives and create long-term personal change. She provides medium to long-term therapy for young people (12+) and adults. Sarah has experience working with individuals who have experienced a number of difficulties including: trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. She has a particular interest in attachment difficulties.
