Rebecca has a special focus on self-esteem issues, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, Adult ADHD and trauma therapy.
Rebecca endeavours to create a warm, relaxed and welcoming environment for her clients, which allows them to explore their challenges in a compassionate and uplifting atmosphere. She works together with her clients to help them to understand their struggles without judgement. Drawing upon their strengths, she seeks to equip and empower her clients to cope more effectively with life’s challenges and to create lasting positive change in their lives.
Rebecca uses individualised evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
Rebecca is skilled at administering and assessing a wide variety of psychological tests.
