Lisa is a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA. Lisa is very experienced in working with adults and couples in the areas of anxiety, depression, stress management, anger management, conflict resolution, assertive communication, motivation to change, relationships, loss and grief, suicidality and parenting skills. Lisa is a friendly and approachable person who works from a strength’s-based perspective to empower her clients to achieve their desired counselling goals. She has been trained in several evidence based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Gottman’s Therapy (for couples) and many more. Lisa has worked as an educational psychologist, a consultant, a university lecturer, a private practitioner and has vast employee assistance counselling experience.
