Fiona graduated Physiotherapy in 1999 and spent the first few years working in Acute Hospitals in Melbourne. She then travelled to Ireland and worked in Public and Private Rehab settings across Dublin over the next 18 months. On return back to Australia she worked at Caulfield Hospital for 8 years in the area of Community Rehabilitation. She was a Team Leader and Senior Clinician for the Centre Based Team and gained valuable experience in orthopaedic, neurological and falls and balance rehabilitation.
Fiona was ready to try something new and in 2005 she discovered Pilates. She was amazed at how it made her body feel and was keen to learn more. She completed her Pilates training with APMA in 2008 and has been teaching ever since.
