Jason Quigley is currently practicing out of the Collins Street, Melbourne CBD and Woodend clinics. He graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Myotherapy) from the Southern School of Natural Therapies University in Fitzroy, Melbourne.
His treatment approach follows the assessment, evaluation and diagnosis of primarily musculoskeletal dysfunctions that contribute to pain and physical limitations.
He utilises several hands on treatment options including myofascial release techniques, soft and deep tissue massage, dry needling, joint mobilisation, cupping, stretching and patient education involving the causes and effects of musculoskeletal pain.
Jason has been involved in sport for most of his life. His own chronic injuries have assisted him in gaining an intimate understanding of the difficulties and limitations that arise within individuals that are experiencing chronic pain associated with musculoskeletal dysfunctions, on both a physical and psychological level.
