Prior to pursuing his masters degree in physiotherapy, Sean completed an undergraduate degree in Athletic Therapy and Training. This has given him great experience in dealing with musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
With interests in strength and conditioning, Sean tries to incorporate a good mixture of exercise prescription as well as manual therapy into his rehabilitation approach. Some techniques he uses include trigger point dry needling, soft tissue techniques and mobilisations. Sean enjoys treating all manner of sporting injuries, as well as neck and back pain.
A general sports fan with particular interest in Gaelic football, rugby, soccer and golf, he has recently added AFL to the list, after moving to Australia from Ireland.
