Laura graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2012 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours. After working for one year in a large public hospital, she started working full time at Viva in 2013 after a long history with the clinic as both previous Pilates instructor and patient of Kathryn’s! Through her time at the hospital she gained invaluable experience in acute, postoperative and subacute care, including areas such as orthopaedic joint replacements and arthroscopes, chronic pain, antenatal and postnatal care and group based rehabilitation. Laura has found great benefits from integrating clinical Pilates into her treatments and teaches numerous classes throughout the week at Viva. She has posted several educational and ‘how to’ videos on Viva Physio’s YouTube Channel regarding Pilates as well as pre and postnatal information.
