Kara Cassells Ba Physiotherapy (Hons) Kara graduated from Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2005 with honours. Kara was born on Phillip Island and had ambition to become a physiotherapist from a young age completing work placements with the local physiotherapist at the time. Kara danced for over 16 years and has a keen interest in dance and other sporting injuries. This has further developed into a passion for rehabilitation using the Pilates method. Kara has completed further study in the McKenzie method to manage lower back and neck pain and has also qualified as a clinical Pilates instructor. Through experience as a practitioner and further training Kara has developed a strong interest in chronic pain management.
