Alexandra joins Connective Healthcare as a physiotherapist who has extensive experience working both as a sports trainer and as a senior gymnastics coach. Alex has worked at Collegians Football Club as their sports trainer for the last 4 years and enjoys working with athletes and assisting them in achieving optimal performance. Alex is the competitive squad coordinator at Highett Youth Gymnastics Club and supports inclusive gymnastics for children with physical and intellectual disabilities. Alex brings to Connective Healthcare a passion for Pilates. She has completed the APPI Level 1 qualifications in Matwork and Reformer Pilates and has seen firsthand the benefits of Pilates in managing her own injuries. She uses a combination of hands on treatment with exercise and Pilates to achieve treatment outcomes for her patients
