Rachael is a physiotherapist who graduated from Monash University with Honours. Rachael come from a family of physiotherapists and spent her primary and secondary school years watching her mother treat patients after school. Rachael has experience working in both public and private hospitals and has specialities in rehabilitation post-surgery and stroke as well as working with children in the disability sector. Rachael has completed the APPI Level 1 qualifications in Matwork and Reformer Pilates and believes that it is an integral part of rehabilitation for many patients as it reinforces the importance of different body parts working together as a whole.
