Linda graduated from Uni of SA (1994). She has been the Principal Physiotherapist & Director of City Physio since 1996. Linda takes a holistic approach to her patients, assisting them with their health & wellness. Linda’s special interests are treating office/work-related pain, postural aches & pains, headache/migraine, neck pain, low back pain, sports injuries, spinal pain, joint stiffness, neuromuscular dry needling for pain relief, stress reduction, pregnancy, shoulder impingement pain & rehab, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, hip/foot/ ankle pain, bursitis, balance, TMJ/jaw pain, teenage physio, corrective/ flexibility exercise, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, scar tissue, post-mastectomy pain management, mindfulness-based stress reduction, improved sleep/ pain reduction. Linda teaches Posture Plus classes & is an APA & Sports Medicine Australia member. She cycles to work, enjoys writing, taking photos & hiking up hills.
