Her approach to health, fitness & wellbeing is holistic. Her interests include trigger point therapy, women’s health, pre & post natal physio & pilates classes, Clinical pilates, pregnancy, arthritis, headache & migraine treatment without drugs, back pain, neck pain, dry needling, stiff joints, sprained ankles, postural pain correction, pinched nerve & nerve pain treatment, running injuries, pelvic, hip, groin & knee pain, ligament & tendon injuries, physio core muscle training, tennis elbow, shoulder pain, wrist & hand pain, children & teenage musculoskeletal physiotherapy, physio for AFL football injuries, stretching & muscle release, orthopaedic & post surgical rehab & individual gym programs, Chloe is trained in Neuromuscular Dry Needling Level 1 & 2, is a member of the APA & is a Master Trainer Cert (Cert III and IV).
