Simon graduated from Flinders Uni twice, with a Masters in Physiotherapy (PMT) in 2014 & a Bachelor in Forensics & Analytical Chemistry 2006. Simon previously worked as a Personal Trainer (Cert IV) & Massage Therapist at Goodlife. He has completed training in both Level 1 & Level 2 Neuromuscular Dry Needling & Sports Physiotherapy Ll 1. His special interests include trigger point therapy, joint stiffness, mobilisation, muscle release, ankle sprains, calf pain, tendon injuries & rehab, shin splints, achilles tendonitis, stretching, low back pain, bulged disc, neck pain, headache, migraine, dry needling, ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, pelvis, hip, groin & knee rehab, bursitis, tennis elbow treatment, shoulder injuries, inflammation reduction, strapping & taping, musculoskeletal & sports injuries, kids & teenage musculoskeletal physiotherapy, balance, core muscle control, biomechanics in sports physio basketball, cycling, running, hockey, athletics, tennis.
