Simon graduated from Flinders University with a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy (PMT) in 2014. He has completed training in both Level 1 and Level 2 Neuromuscular Dry Needling and Sports Physiotherapy (Level 1). Simon previously worked as a Personal Trainer (Cert IV) at Goodlife Health Clubs. He is also formally trained as a Massage Therapist. A few of the interests Simon specialises in include analysing your biomechanics from a Sports Physio perspective for a variety of sports. Simon will see his patients through from injury, surgery, rehabilitation and to return to sports. Simon also has a focus on kids and teenage musculoskeletal physiotherapy, helping patients in acute pain, overuse injuries and ergonomic issues. Some of these treatments include performing hands-on Physio – trigger point therapy, mobilisation of stiff joints, soft tissue release, muscle release, and stretching. Simon takes a proactive approach in his treatment and will work closely with you to develop a plan.
