Tesia holds a B. Physio Honours (Uni SA). She is a holistic physio & holds certification from the SA Sports Medicine Association (Sports Trainer Lvl 1) & certification for leaders in Body Building (Yong-in University, South Korea) & in Gymnastics & Competitors Training from CrossFit.
Tesia has a special interest in Women’s health, movement biomechanics in gym & sports; Olympic weightlifting, free weightlifting, running, cycling & gymnastics.
