Suyi began practicing in Christchurch (New Zealand) and moved to Sydney in 2013. Thanks to over 20 years of martial arts training, she enjoys bio-mechanical analysis of movement and posture. She loves climbing (hills, rock walls, boulders and poles) and instructs Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes during the week.
She uses a combination of manual therapy, dry-needling to tackle your injuries and low-impact exercises to restore you to optimal function.
