Sharon completed a Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney in 2017 and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Simon Fraser University in Canada (2009). She's a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist which is kept current through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Over the past 10 years, Sharon has worked extensively with clients that are recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, spinal surgeries, joint replacements and chronic pain. She is trained in dry needling, myofascial trigger point release, spine mobilisations and in Clinical Pilates through Polestar Australia. Exercise prescription and evidence-based treatment is a cornerstone of Sharon's practice, and her compassionate approach is evident. Managing and recovering from injuries is complex and affects all avenues of life. Finding relief from pain, being able to succeed at work and enjoy recreation are all attainable goals.
