I have 20 years experience in treating a large range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries. I'm currently completing my Sports Physiotherapy Title. As part of this I completed my Level three sports course at the AIS Canberra in 2012. I served for seven years on the Sports Physiotherapy Committee in NSW. I've worked with local gymnastic clubs for the last 8 years. I've taught Pilates for the last 13 years. I've worked in a specialist foot and ankle clinic for many years and have a special interest in the pelvis and lower limb. Ive lectured on the foot and ankle in Sports Physiotherapy courses and have completed courses on Muscle Energy technique and rehabilitation for sacroiliac joint disorders. I've completed training in womens health as the pelvic floor impacts greatly on the pelvic girdle. I am a runner myself and treat a lot of fellow runners. More recently I've spent time watching and treating swimmers. I enjoy helping patients reach their goals and understand their bodies.
