Caroline graduated as a Physiotherapist from St Georges Hospital Medical School, University of London in 2001 with a higher 2nd class distinction. Her junior years were spent working in a large NHS teaching hospital in London, gaining valuable clinical knowledge in all fields of physiotherapy. Her keen interest in sport led her to specialise in musculoskeletal and orthopaedics physiotherapy in 2003. Following a year of world travels in 2006, Caroline moved into private practice in London and developed further her interest in sports injuries, biomechanical assessment and higher level rehabilitation of the spine and peripheral joints. Caroline’s vast clinical experience allows her to treat all musculoskeletal conditions and she prides herself on providing a thorough clinical assessment, accurate diagnosis and holistic treatment methods. She qualified as an APPI Pilates Instructor in 2008 and completed the UKSCA strength and conditioning courses in 2013.
