Laura believes in a hands-on approach to physiotherapy using manual therapy & muscle release techniques in conjunction with appropriate exercises and self-release techniques. She is a strong advocate in appreciating that no two bodies are the same and therefore no two treatments should be either. She supports the creation of individual treatments and programs to achieve the best results.
Having graduated from Queen Margaret University (Scotland) with a BSc (Honours) Physiotherapy in 2005, she worked for 4 years as a rotational physiotherapist providing her with a wide scope of physiotherapy experience including; MSK, respiratory, medical, elderly rehab, cardiac rehab and stroke rehab.
