Carson is a graduate of the University of Sydney, completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022. Along the way he has taken an Academic Merit Prize and served as a Student Representative among his peers; growing connections between his colleagues across Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and particularly Exercise Physiology within which he also spent a year studying from.
Carson believes that Physiotherapy is broken down into 3 simple principles:
1. Strengthen what's Weak
2. Loosen what's Tight
3. And build lazy Habits!
Carson believes that the body will always be Lazy! The body is unrivalled in stubbornly avoiding Habit breaking, and always utilising the bare minimum effort to complete its daily drags... Therefore Physiotherapy is simply the study of communicating how we can provide our bodies the necessary jigsaw pieces of Strength, Flexibility and unconscious Habits for the body to cultivate its own HEALTH!
