Cameron joined the Southside team in February 2017, after graduating from the University of Canberra in 2016. Working as a sports trainer for local premier league and ACT representative soccer teams, Cameron has developed a keen interest in sports, and injury prevention.
Cameron’s Honours Thesis was on the association between physical performance levels and injury risk in the military. By combining a keen interest in research and evidence based clinical practice, Cameron knows what it takes to achieve functional recovery from work-related, sporting and every-day injuries.
Each session with Cameron is centred around his client’s goals, guiding them on their journey to recovery. Cameron also believes that movement is medicine, and targeted exercise is King, and regularly posts exercise tips and tricks on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
