Dr Cassandra Lacey (Cassie) grew up in rural Northeast Victoria on a small hobby farm before moving to Melbourne to persue her studies as an Osteopath. She graduated from Victoria University Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and a Masters in Health Science (Osteopath). Her thesis saw her focus on the effects of Osteopathic treatment on Primary Dysmenorrhoea (Period Pain).
Whilst completing her studies, Cassie’s love of anatomy found her working in the Victoria University Anatomy Laboratory for 3 years. She also was involved with the Coburg Tigers Football club as a sports trainer and rehabilitation assistant.
Cassie enjoys treating a wide variety of patients from children to elderly, pre-post pregnancy and athletes to office workers. Tailoring each treatment to the individual Cassie uses a range of osteopathic techniques including soft tissue, stretching, manipulation, mobilisation, myofascial release and rehabilitation.
