FRCOphth FRANZCO Comprehensive Ophthalmology Dr Saks obtained his fellowship from the Royal Australian and New Zealand college of Ophthalmologists after completing his registrar time at the Royal North shore Hospital in Sydney. He has undertaken numerous volunteer ‘Sight Saver Tours’ to assist in supplying eye care and ocular surgery to the under privileged in Africa.
