Dr Samuel Ibrahim completed the Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Alexandria in Egypt and started his career by working in adult and paediatric emergencies, and orthopaedic surgery. He had his general practice training in rural Queensland (St George and Stanthorpe) and moved to Brisbane in 2016 to be one of the first two GP trainees in Queensland to take the advanced ENT (Ear, Nose and throat) training (for GPs) at Logan Hospital. He worked as GPWSI (GP With a Special Interest) with the ENT team at Logan Hospital until 2022. Dr Ibrahim had his skin cancer and dermatoscopy training through the Skin Cancer College of Australia and New Zealand and his work in rural Queensland.
Dr Ibrahim enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in chronic disease management including diabetes, dermatology, skin checks and cancer, ENT, paediatrics, iron infusions, antenatal and women’s health including Implanon insertion and removal.
