Dr Diane Tay is a registered specialist paediatric dentist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, and after several years of working in both the private and public sectors in Sydney, she successfully attained a Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry (paediatric dentistry) from The University of Sydney. Her thesis was based on frenotomies and its effectiveness on infants with tongue-ties and feeding difficulties. Diane works in private practice in Parramatta and St Peters. She also works at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead in Sydney where she thoroughly enjoys managing a range of cases in which her main clinical interests lie; the management of special needs and medically compromised children, paediatric oral medicine and pathology and dental trauma. Diane is actively committed to continuing education and teaching, maintaining her role as clinical associate lecturer with The University of Sydney.
