Maven Dental Inner West Sydney welcomed Dr John Michael to the team early in 2019. After a short stint in finance and early plans to become a pilot, John decided he wanted to become a dentist and help create beautiful, healthy smiles for his patients. Before making the move to our Burwood based practice, Dr Michael studied his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Sydney graduating in 2018. John has experience treating patients of all walks of life. He has previously practiced at the Westmead Centre for Oral Health, Nepean Hospital and the Sydney Dental Hospital. During his time at USyd he also enjoyed a placement in the rural NSW town of Ballina. John loves building trust and fostering relationships with his patients. He is passionate about being able to truly understand what a patient wants from their treatment, assessing their motivation and working in harmony with them to achieve their dental goals.
