Scott graduated with a Masters in Chiropractic from Macquarie University, where he developed a keen interest in Sports Chiropractic, expanding his understanding of how to approach pain and dysfunction. Scott has also completed numerous post graduate courses in a variety of manual therapies, exercise and rehab including Functional Neurological and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation and a Sports Trainer Certificate.
Scott's treatment approach involves an initial thorough, and then ongoing assessments. The focus is on correcting movement dysfunctions with a wide range of modalities including muscle release techniques, musculoskeletal dry needling, FAKTR tool, manual mobilisations, drop piece, progressive exercises and breathing corrections that aid in the optimisation of correct body function.
Health and fitness has always been a priority for Scott - Rugby, Surfing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and his approach to resistance training has given further insight to improving functional performance.
