Born in Dornach, Switzerland in 1979, Teja A. Jaensch immigrated to Australia as a young boy. Teja's love of Chinese Medicine came through his love of Chinese martial arts, and he first traveled to the PRC in 1997. The year after he began working as an apprentice to a local acupuncturist, then began his formal studies in 2000. After completing his Bachelor degrees in Chinese Medicine and International Studies at the University of Technology, Sydney, and the Yunnan Normal University in Kunming, China, he undertook his post-graduate studies at the Hunyuan Research Institute under Dr Yaron Seidman, with whom he co-authored 'The Lost Heart of Medicine'. Since he has gone on to publish 'The Ledger of Good and Evil: A Manual for Humanity', and his next book 'Warm Womb: The Physics of Fertility' is underway. Teja conducted a women's health research project on women's health in 2016 for his Masters in Chinese Medicine thesis at Western Sydney University.
